DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Agreement has been signed between the parties below within the framework of the provisions and conditions specified below.

2. DEFINITIONS

CONTRACT: This contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,
GOOD: The movable property subject to shopping and intangible goods such as software, sound, image, and similar.
3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until updated and changed. Prices announced for a certain period are valid until the end of the specified period.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that, by accepting this agreement, they have read and are informed about the basic qualifications of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, and the payment method, as well as the pre-information related to the delivery, on the SELLER's website in electronic form. The BUYER also acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have acquired the information about the delivery address, the essential features of the ordered products, the total price including taxes, and the payment and delivery information correctly and completely.
9.2. Each product subject to the contract is delivered online within the legal period of 30 days, provided that it does not exceed, and in case this period is exceeded, the BUYER may cancel the contract.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the specified qualities, and if any, with the warranty certificates, usage manuals, and all other information and documents required by the job, in accordance with the legal requirements, in a sound, standard, and in accordance with the principles of honesty and integrity. , to maintain and improve the quality of service, to show the necessary care and diligence during the performance of the work, and to act with caution and foresight.
